The sky's the limit when it comes to top wines from France, Italy, and California, including many rare and large-format bottles. What sets the award-winning wine program apart from others is the caliber of service offered by the sommeliers, many of whom are working for their master sommelier credentials. That includes wine director Steven McDonald, who has an advanced certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers and has worked very hard to increase the program’s offerings beyond the standard "steakhouse Cabs," adding more sparkling and French offerings to the wine list. Don't be alarmed by this venue's reputation and its "expense-account" crowd. There are plenty of under-$100 bottles and cult gems.
