Peppersoup Cafe

Second-generation restaurateur Michelle Ukegbu opened this southwest-side Nigerian-American restaurant right around the corner from her mother's groundbreaking Safari Restaurant. Unlike many Nigerian places, Peppersoup Cafe also serves breakfast in addition to a broad menu of pepper soups, jollof rice, suya and meat pies. You can also get specialties like moi-moi and akamu here, as well as Vita Malt to wash it all down.
