Sproing is a 45-minute HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout performed on a soft-surface Sproing Trainer. Each class features short intervals of high-intensity cardio interspersed with strength and power exercises. The Sproing Trainer allows people of every fitness level to get an intense cardio and strength workout, all in one place, without injury.
