Simple atmosphere and authentic food are the keys to El Charro's popularity. Breakfast is the best time to visit, when you can sample a wide range of huevos dishes, served with salty refried beans and corn and flour tortillas. The best part, however, is the fresh orange juice, which waitresses squeeze right in front of you. For lunch or dinner, we love the chalupas with fresh avocado, and most regulars don't leave without tasting the steaming bowl of caldo.
