This Galleria-area “Public House,” as it calls itself, draws its clientele largely from young professionals and business people. This place is big, with a huge patio that can seat more than 400 people, ideal for the many parties the venue often hosts -- birthday, company, Christmas, etc. The extensive menu of bar food includes burgers, wings and fish and chips, as well as the Wednesday steak night that seems mandatory for Houston bars at this point.
There is a bit of a Clockwork Orange theme going on here, with images inspired by the film on employees' T-shirts, menus and signs, but the bar itself looks nothing like the Korova Milk Bar, maybe a little Duke of New York Pub, for all you Kubrick fanatics. Join their pub club to become a “droog” and earn points towards free appetizers, West End merchandise and even a trip to a brewery of your choice in Europe, including airfare and hotel.
