This little cafe offers bare-bones atmospherics, but some of its patrons travel considerable distances for the well-crafted Vietnamese dishes. The Chinese-American food here is unremarkable, but the crunchy Vietnamese egg rolls (to be wrapped in lettuce and cilantro leaves), the exquisite pineapple duck and the various clay-pot seafood selections are well worth their modest prices. Everything goes down well with a pot of loose-leaf hot tea. It can be overcrowded at peak hours, and parking is limited.
