The 170 different tequilas, plus eight varieties on tap chilled to five degrees and an owner who is a tequilier (yes, you heard right), might make you think this is only a bar. But TQLA on Washington Avenue is also a place to get some great Southwestern cuisine. The decor is chic and ultramodern, as are the patrons. The menu is extensive and ranges from simple fish tacos and wild mushroom tamales (a favorite) to crawfish corncakes and orange pork tenderloin.
