With a name like Tsunami Exotic Tequila Emporium, you pretty much know what to expect, don't you? Yep, you guessed it, this bar located on Galveston's Strand serves a lot of tequila, more than 45 different types, to be exact. The place shares its owners with Yaga's Cafe, part of their little empire of several Galveston businesses; you can order appetizers from Yaga's while at Tsunami and someone will bring them over. Several specialty margaritas are available, including the Jalapeno Margarita, Margarita Mojito and the Margarita A Mi Manera (Margarita My Way), which customers create themselves by choosing which ingredients they would like. Rum, vodka, bourbon, scotch, Canadian whiskey, and beer are also available; check out the collection of 32 official Galveston Island Mardi Gras Posters dating back to the '80s on display when you drop in.
