Beyonce is a busy woman these days, but Houston's hometown superstar has managed to make some time to get home for the holidays -- on her second Toyota Center stop on her "Mrs. Carter World Tour" in a six months.

Live Nation announced this morning that Beyonce will return to Houston on December 10, less than five months after the tour stops in Houston on July 15. According to Toyota Center's Web site, tickets her still available for her July 15 show at the downtown arena.

Tickets for the December show go on sale at 10 a.m. next Monday, July 1, through livenation.com, houstontoyotacenter.com, 1-866-4HOUTIX and most Houston-area Randall's stores. Presales begin at 10 a.m. this Wednesday for those registered through her BeyHive fan club and 10 a.m. Thursday through MasterCard.

Keep the Houston Press Free... Since we started the Houston Press, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Houston, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
