Ask A Rapper: It's been a busy week or so in Rap World, so we're going to throw a few topics out there that we've been hoping to discuss with a rapper. (Rap World, by the way, is just like Cool World, except with less Brad Pitt.) And we're off:

Eminem made a fair amount of noise when he took a couple of shots at Lady Gaga on his new song "The Kiss," saying he wouldn't "fuck her with her dick" and so on. Shortly thereafter, though, he tempered them, saying that he was just making a joke and she's really "dope" and blah. So, question: How do you feel about Em hedging here? It's kind of the opposite of what he started his career doing. Is he getting more mature, or is he fearful of Gaga's vengeance?

Cuddy: I beleive Eminem is loosing his "pizz-azz," which is hard to tell hip-hop fans because they always bring up his old stuff and how refreshing it was at the time. But as of now he is such a key player in music he can't be "Slim Shady" anymore. He has endorsments and business moves to make, going after Mr. and Mrs. Nick Cannon wasnt that big of a deal because... well, they are both washed up. But going after Gaga is a different story.

I think Gaga has more of an impact on the music industry than Marshall these days. Plus she has the "Headphones" out with Dr. Dre, so it might have been Dre who told him to hold his tounge. One thing is for sure: He is a hell of an MC, but he has entered the Hip-Pop point in his career. I dont think he is scared of "her," but he might be scared of the media and industry choosing "Her" over him.

P.S. I too would not fornicate with her using her own penis. No joke.

AAR: Nicki Minaj is going to open for Britney Spears on some of Spears' European tour dates. At this point in time, who is the bigger star?

C [laughs]: Let's get serious. Getting Nicki to open for Britney was to save ticket sales. Too prove this, I think all Nicki fans should leave building once she has "opened." Then maybe the left over 20 people can all watch a screening of Crossroads, the old Britney Spears movie.

AAR: Good ol' Lupe Fiasco went out and called President Obama a great big terrorist. True or false? Also, Lu mentioned that he doesn't vote. Does that marginalize all of the politically charged rap he's done, or does it make it more powerful?

C: First of all, I to choose not to vote because I think that no matter who you pick is just a new face to disguise what has been going on since we introduced the Federal Banking System, but thats a different conversation.

Maybe Obama isnt the terrorist but he is the face. I mean, let's say Iraq came over here and tried to take something that we have an abundance of and then sets up tanks and all types of shit. We would attack back! I guess we're are so blind by the almighty "Stars and Stripes" that we dont see we are making enemies with the whole world, one country at a time.

But not only America is like this, every country has its little dark secrets. But one question for those reading this: How is it that one of the newest countries in the world (America) is now one of the most powerful countries in the world next to China? We are a cut-throat country.

P.S. What ever happened to calling french fries, "Freedom Fries," when we were plexing with France?

AAR: Wiz Khalifa says that he and Waka Flocka Flame are not beefing with one another. That's not really a question, we suppose, but we wasted time reading about it earlier so we thought you should too.

C: Yea.... I'll pass on Google-ing that story.

AAR: Frank Ocean, also known as The Guy That Tyler, the Creator Made Famous, is said to now be working with Kanye and Jay-Z. Will that end beautifully or tragically?

C: It depends how they are working together. If he is signing to Jay-Z, that always ends tragically. Signing with Kanye might be a good look but only if he can keep up with their crew (they have the best rappers as a collective in the industry right now). Any time an up-and-coming artist can collaborate with 'Ye or Jigga it is always beautiful.

I mean, them guys just make good music and Kanye brings the best out of everyone ("Down And Out," Cam'ron), but then again everyone wants to ride the Tyler, The Creator's train but no one wants to actually sign or pubically vouch for him because you never know what he has in store, so signing the guy that Tyler, The Creator made famous is probably the safest thing.

P.S. I have heard two rappers in Houston as of lately who sound like Tyler, The Creator. If you do not stop, I will publically call you out at my next show because that shit is not cool. Im not a huge fan of Tyler but if you rapped like Drake four months ago and are now calling women "cunts" and rapping about "stalking" women then you are a joke.
