4:15 p.m.: "Stand alone mustaches are ruling the day. Free booze lines 800 deep are not."

4:18 p.m.: "This is also Roky with Okkervil River. Damn son. Band tuning up now."

4:23 p.m.: "Going on in 15 I believe."

4:34 p.m. Dan Oko has reached Austin and reports from the Convention Center Day Stage Cafe, where Canadian singer-songwriter Jason Collett (below) is performing: "Sounding crisp. He just started singing "love is a dirty word" ("we've got a lot of love songs for you," he laughs).

4:37 p.m. Back to Craig: "Earplugs. Haha. OK mom."

4:42 p.m.: "Losing all my winter weight today, kids. Rokyvil River?"
