HPMA Showcase Preview: Videos from Wild Moccasins, Miss Leslie, Tontons, Southern Backtones, Hearts of Animals and Born Liars

Only about 48 hours now, so here are a half-dozen more HPMA nominees to tide you over. First, Best New Act and Indie Rock nominees Wild Moccasins speaking "Spanish and Jazz":

Best Country nominee Miss Leslie and her Juke Jointers say "Yes Ma'am," from none other than Luckenbach, Texas:

The Tontons are nominated for multiple awards (Best Local Album - Sea and Stars EP, Best New Act and Best Female Vocalist - Asli Omar), so here's a double dip from last month's Lebowski bash at Caroline Collective:

Perpetual nominees Southern Backtones (Best Songwriter, Hank Schyma) haven't eaten in "Forever." Hands up, all those who've shopped at this Foodarama:

Best New Act and Experimental Nominee Hearts of Animals wasn't the only one with a bad case of "Hearts Break" when Proletariat closed in February:

And we'll close out with Best Roots Rock nominees Born Liars, who know a thing or two about last call, at Rudz last year:
