New CDs out this week include Daddy Yankee's El Cartel: The Big Boss. The line-up includes plenty of Daddy Yankee spitting out rhymes in machine gun Spanish and a "Impacto" remix featuring Fergie.

Ella Fitzgerald gets a tribute album with We All Love Ella: Celebrating the First Lady of Song. Contributors include Dianne Reeves, Linda Ronstadt, Queen Latifah, Etta James, Chaka Khan, Diana Krall and Natalie Cole.
Big & Rich's new release Between Raising Hell and Amazing Grace might have more problems than just a lousy title. Not satisfied to be country music mavericks, the pair team up with Wyclef for "Please Man," as in "Please, man, don't call the police man." Wyclef is reduced to chanting things like "Shake it, shake it, shake it," in the background of the reggae infused tune. John Legend also appears, on a tune called "Eternity."

The Police celebrate 30 years with a retrospective. The 28 tracks include most of the expected tunes, "Message in a Bottle," and "Every Breath You Take." (Sting is still pretty, isn't he?) -- Olivia Flores Alvarez
