Pimp C Apologizes

Through his publicist, Pimp C has decided to concede the Atlanta is, in fact, in the South. He stands behind the rest of the baleful comments he unleashed in the now notorious Ozone magazine interview, however. Here’s his statement in full:

"TO ALL MY ATLANTA FANS & FRIENDS, I WANT TO SAY I APOLOGIZE FOR MY STATEMENT IN THE OZONE MAGAZINE ABOUT ATLANTA NOT BEING THE SOUTH!! THAT WAS A BULLSHIT STATEMENT!! ATLANTA IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE DIRTY MTHFKN SOUTH!!!!! CHUUCH!! BUT THE REST OF WHAT I SAID, BOUT THEM PUSSY ASS NIGGAZ IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS: IF U WANNA GO 2 WAR, I WILL TAKE U 2 WORLD WAR 3 BITCH AT THE DROP OF A DIME! IF U RIDING WITH ME-THANK U!!! IF U NOT, FUCK U VERY MUCH IN U YO ASS....BITCH!!”

Don’t you wish politicians would apologize like that? Like Rudy Giuliani would issue a statement that said “TO ALL THE VOTERZ IN NEW HAMPSHIRE AND IOWA, I WANT TO SAY I APOLOGIZE FOR SAYING MITT ROMNEY PROBABLY GOT TEN HOS IN HIS CLOSET AND WANTS TO MOVE THE PENTAGON TO UTAH!!! THAT WAS A BULLSHIT STATEMENT!! MITT ROMNEY IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN A MTHFKN TRILL-ASS PIMP!!!!! CHUUCH!! BUT THE REST OF WHAT I SAID, BOUT THAT PUSSY ASS RON PAUL IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!

Support the independent voice of Houston and help keep the future of Houston Press free.

Keep the Houston Press Free... Since we started the Houston Press, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Houston, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering Houston with no paywalls.
