Everything seemed so fresh and so clean this afternoon at the Little Radio party at Red-Eyed Fly. It was just Wednesday. The streets weren't yet completely littered with flyers and rocksters. No one was that drunk. Heck, we hadn't even had a sip when we arrived in the middle of the Von Bondies' set. The Detroit foursome was playing super tight, and the four songs we heard were a pleasant, poppy beginning to what no doubt will soon become a weekend of information overload. The band ended with "C'mon C'mon," a catchy little bit of pop rock that helped invigorate us for the road ahead.
