Some rappers happen to be thoughtful, intelligent people. Every Monday that isn't a national holiday, Rocks Off will have some of them here discussing issues relevant to their culture.
This Week's Panel: Slim Thug, Z-Ro, Medicine Girl, Mug, Delo, hasHBrown, Floss, Young Sensation, Mic Skills, Chane, Chuckway, D-Risha, Preemo, more
Not Invited: Bone Thugz-N-Harmony
This Week's Prompt: So, Bizzy Bone is being sued for allegedly beating up two of his fans after they paid to arrange a meet-and-greet. The question, then: What is the greatest Bone Thugz-N-Harmony song of all time?
Z-Ro: I seem to like them all*.
*This is just about the best Z-Ro quote of all them. Who knew Roel Osteen used verbs like "seem"? Wonderful.
Slim Thug: "Thug Love."
Rap Round Table: Naturally. If my name was Shea Thug, that'd be my favorite too. Oh, by the way, my new name is Shea Thug.
Medicine Girl: Best one has to be "Crossroads"; even white people know the hook.
Mug: "1st of tha Month."
Delo: Tie between the one with Tupac and Biggie.
D-Risha: Good question. I think overall best and biggest is obviously "Crossroads." My personal favorite is "Paper."
hasHBrown: Top three: 1. "1st of tha Month"; 2. "No Surrender"; 3. "Notorious Thugs."
"1st of Tha Month"
Chuckway: Best Bone song is "For The Love of Money." [sings] Gotta get dat money, mayne, dat money, mayne.
Young Sensation: "Crossroads."
Mic Skills: Bone Thugz have some classics, but I've gotta go with "1st of tha Month."
Fat Tony: "Crossroads": cuz it still got people weeping worldwide and is their most timeless song. "For The Love of Money" is my favorite though.
Hollywood Floss: "1st of tha Month."
Renzo: Last thing I heard him was he was wildin' out on the radio station or something. But then again, I had no idea what he was sayin' most of the time; he just had a good voice. Best song: "Crossroads."
Pyrexx: "Thug Love."
"Thug Luv" feat. Tupac
Chane: I never understood the whole "I got ducked out by a rapper so I'ma sue" attitude. That's corny. I wish Bizzy the best of luck. With that, my all time favorite Bone song is "Crossroads." That was my jam back then.

Brad Gilmore: That's very tough. It's a toss up between "Thug Love" and "Crossroads."
Preemo: "1st of tha Month."
