Willie Nelson Show Postponed Until April 28

Well, shit. Willie Nelson just announced via Twitter that tonight's show at Verizon Wireless Theater, which had sold out, has been postponed until April 28 due to the treacherous driving conditions brought on by the frigid weather.

See you in the springtime, Stranger. All tickets for tonight's show will be honored in April, promoter Live Nation said in a press release.

Tonight's show by Guns N Roses tribute band Guns 4 Roses at House of Blues has been cancelled. Refunds are available at point of purchase.

As far as Rocks Off knows, the only other music-related cancellation due to Ice Storm 2011 is Gurf Morlix and the screening of the Blaze Foley documentary Blaze Foley: The Duct Tape Messiah at the Old Quarter Acoustic Cafe in Galveston.

Let us know if you hear of any others, please.
