A volunteer at Lakewood Church, Joel Osteen's mega-temple to Christianity Lite, is being sought by police on charges he fondled an eight-year-old autistic boy.

Alvaro Daniel Guzman, 25, allegedly committed the acts in February 2010, KHOU and other outlets are reporting.

Court documents not yet available online allege that Guzman was seen fondling the boy -- who is nonverbal and cannot be questioned by police -- by another volunteer at least twice.

The volunteer reported it to higher-ups, but they could not catch Guzman in the act.

Guzman denied the allegations but, KHOU reports:

According to court documents, Guzman submitted to a portion of a polygraph test, but when those results came back inconclusive, he refused to submit to the rest of the test.

He is being sought by police, but they have not issued a photo.

The court document that is available online lists him as six feet tall and 183 pounds, with black hair.
