Apparent Murder-Suicide in Mechanic Shop: Bayou Body Count No. 98

Police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide that took place last Friday at 6250 Westward around 6:45 p.m. According to HPD, they believe the female victim was shot by the male victim before he shot himself. The identities of the two were not know, however investigators were told they were in a relationship.

The bodies were found by police in a storage unit the male victim -- also the suspect -- used as a mechanic shop.

Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences is working to identify the victims.
