A woman was stabbed to death in her apartment near her two small children a little after midnight Monday, and a man has been charged with murder.

Ceceilia Sanders, 27, was found in her apartment in the 5600 block of Yale, stabbed several times. Two children, ages three and eight months old, were nearby.

Ronald Deshaun Green, 27, has admitted to the killing, police say, and has been charged with murder and endangering a child.
