Friday we took note of Metro's new plan to deal with the chronic problem of Metro light rail crashes: Wrapping the trains in safety decals, telling people, we guess, not to run into the trains.

This is - at best - only a first step. I recommend helpful pamphlets all along Main Street titled "So You've Just Been Hit by the Metro Rail..."
