At 8:20 AM, while the rest of us were downing coffee, dozing over our cereal, or enduring a freeway traffic jam somewhere in this sprawling metropolis, two of our fellow Houstonians were arguing about money in the parking lot of a Hobby Airport-area apartment complex.
And that discussion would soon escalate beyond words and on to violence. Now one man is dead and another is a fugitive. The shooting happened this morning at the Broadway Square Apartments on Morley Street. Witnesses told police that the alleged perp made his getaway in a blue four-door Honda driven by a female.
