Okay, he didn't get any cash -- asked for it but left after not getting any -- but the FBI is calling him a bank robber all the same.
According to the FBI, the as-yet-unidentified man walked into the Wells Fargo Bank at 4645 Reed Road in Houston on Saturday, July 28, about 9:20 a.m. He asked for the money and left on foot after not receiving it.
The man was described as "a black male, 35-40 years old, approximately 6'2" tall, weighing about 170 - 180 pounds with a slender build. He wore a black and white baseball hat, short-sleeved black t-shirt and dark pants. He was unshaven. "
