The Washington Post reports today that Houston's favorite Playmate-turned-train-wreck is saying "hell naw" to demands that she submit her six-week-old daughter to a paternity test. Howard K. Stern (no relation to this guy) is currently listed as daddy of little Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.
But Smith's ex-beau Larry Birkhead says he da baby daddy, and though Anna's not making this easy for him, he's up to the test, so to speak. His lawyer Debra Opri, offers this very Law & Order-esque comment:
"We're going to get that paternity test...It may not be today, it may not be tomorrow, but I'm not going away."
Sing it with me: "Dun-dun-dun-dun-duuuuuuuunnn..."
Not wanting to get out-quoted, Smith's attorney fired back:
"Why should she accommodate him at all?"
Hmm, close, but not Law & Order -worthy. Sorry, brah.

If Birkhead is eventually found to be the father, Anna might have to cough up some child support money. That'll totally cut into her Trim Spa fund. (On second thought, she might get that for free.)
Dangit, got the L&O theme stuck in my head now. This oughta help: -- Steven Devadanam
