Juan Castillo, 20, and Mario Rene Lopez, 33, Shot: Bayou Body Count No. 102, 103

According to the Houston Police Department, Juan Castillo, 20, and Mario Rene Lopez, 33, were fatally shot at 3719 Lelia Street about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday morning.

Witnesses told police three unknown male suspects went into the house and tried to rob the victims. After shots were fired, the suspects ran out the back door of the residence heading westbound on Lelia, according to witness reports. The men fled in a white Ford truck. The only description provided by witnesses is that all three are black.

Police believe the motive was related to drugs.
