Here's a plan: You're still pining for the girlfriend who broke up with you, so you take one of the topless cell phone pictures she sent you and you mail it to her mom, threatening to publish it and others on the web unless Mom let's you take to her.
Because nothing will rekindle the flames of love like a dick move such as that.
Unfortunately for you, the girlfriend in question is only 15, so now you're looking at possible child-porn charges.
Kevin Lenin Saldana, 17, has been charged with improper photography/visual recording, according to court documents, but those documents also indicate a child-porn charge is being contemplated.
He sent to the mother a single photo of his ex, one she had taken of herself and sent to him, in which the girl was topless.
He told the mother "that he would post pictures of [the ex] (that she had taken of herself in the nude...) and post them on the internet if he was not allowed to speak to [the ex]," court documents say.
Instead, the mom called the cops, a development which apparently never entered Saldana's mind as being an option when he devised his master plan.
Court documents say he confessed to investigators that he had sent the picture.
