If what court documents say is true, Michael Bill is one cheap sicko.

He took pictures of a relative having sex with an underage girl, thus qualifying for the sicko part (although he added to his credentials, as you'll see).

He then was a) too cheap to buy a printer, and b) just not satisfied with looking at the pictures on his camera. He needed prints, dammit.

So he went to a Stafford Walmart and printed them out. And wasn't too stealthy about it, either -- he was arrested for promoting child porn.

The thing is, it's somewhat surprising he wasn't starring in the pictures himself, given the other charges he faces.

Court documents show Bill, 41, has been charged with sexually assaulting an underage girl and getting her pregnant.

Investigators say the girl told them she went into Bill's room at a Sharpstown-area house, got on top of him and he had sex with her. At the time of the interview in January 2009, the girl was eight months pregnant.

Court documents also show Bill has been charged in the past with theft, weed possession and interfering with the duties of a public servant.
