Intoxication manslaughter charges have been filed against a man who forced a speeding tow truck to crash, killing its driver, police say.
Rogelio Villalobos, 25, was driving eastbound in the 8900 block of Jensen about 1 a.m. Friday when he cut off a fast-moving tow truck, police said.
The truck went off the road and slammed into utility poles, killing the driver. The victim’s name was not released, but Channel 39 reported it was Rogelio Flores, who had been headed to the scene of a DWI accident.
