Security Guard Shot to Death, Bayou Body Count No. 109

Police say two men went into the Evergreen Gameroom, 1501 Evergreen, and one of them pulled the security guard outside, pushed him to the ground and shot him to death about 11:30 p.m. Saturday, July 21.

The victim has not been publicly identified, pending verification from the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Police said the suspect who shot the guard had "a black semi-automatic pistol." The two men then left the scene.

Police issued this description of the suspects: "Two black males. The shooter is 25 to 30 years of age, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 160 pounds and has a medium brown skin tone. He was wearing dark-colored shorts, a T-shirt, tennis shoes and a ball cap. The other suspect wore dark colored long shorts, a dark-colored T-shirt, tennis shoes and a dark colored ball cap."
