Seems like the Houston Press wasn't the only media outlet to find the Houston Rockets cover-worthy this season.

For its October 28 NBA Preview double edition, Sports Illustrated chose to focus on Dwight Howard and his place with the Houston Rockets for its cover story. Entitled: The Post Man Rings Twice, the lead in to the article by Lee Jenkins goes on to say "Dwight Howard's inside game is built on power and little else. That could change under the tutelage of the most balletic pair of old-school big men the game has ever seen: Hakeem Olajuwon and Kevin McHale.
Starting with the training Olajuwon has been doing at his ranch in Simonton, the story tells how Olajuwon has been teaching his skills to selected students. While in San Antonio to watch his daughter play basketball in the Women's Final Four, Olajuwon ran into a woman who told him she wanted him to train her son. That, of course, was Dwight Howard's mother.
McHale, while calling Howard "the best big guy in the NBA" says he and Olajuwon (who has since joined the Rockets as an assistant at Howard's request) are trying to give Howard "a couple more tools" to take him to even higher levels.
So we advise you to check out the story to see the high hopes everyone, not just Houston, has for this latest version of the Houston Rockets.
