In just a few minutes, sentencing will begin for former Enron whiz/Starbucks swillin' "mastermind" Andrew Fastow. David Gerger and John Keker, Fastow's attorneys, know that they're looking at 10 years for A. Fast, but will likely ask for a reduction anyway. We're guessing that the members of the Severed Enron Employee Coalition, if they show, may have something to say about such a reduction. Somehow, we don't think the jobless folks are getting a reduction in their mortgage payments or revolving debt interest rates. But hey, who says Enron suits get off easy?
