Alejandro Figueroa wanted in fatal stabbing
Houston police are searching for the man who they say stabbed his nephew to death on the northwest side of town Wednesday night.

The name of the victim has not been released pending notification to family members. HPD has ID'd the victim as Fernando Figueroa, 19. His uncle, Alejandro Figueroa, 35, has been charged with murder and is on the run.

Police say the victim and his uncle were in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 2200 block of Wirt Road about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday when the stabbing happened.

The uncle fled the scene before police arrived, and the victim was taken to Memorial Hermann Northwest Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
