Two unidentified men were shot dead around 2 a.m. Sunday, March 20 at 6200 West Bellfort.

Police report the victims were in the parking lot of an apartment complex waiting for the suspect to return a phone to him. The phone was found at a convenience story in the 11100 block of Albury.

Upon the suspect's arrival, he allegedly opened fire on both victims, killing one. He then chased the second victim, fatally shooting him in a separate area of the complex. The suspect fled the scene in a dark, four-door car, possibly a Honda Accord.

Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
