Unidentified Men Shot in Taco Cabana Parking Lot, Bayou Body Count Nos. 93 & 94

Two unidentified males were fatally wounded when a suspect shot them outside a Taco Cabana at 11305 Clay Road at about 7:50 p.m. Monday night.

Witnesses report one of the victims was speaking with an unknown male suspect -- described only as a Hispanic male with a fade haircut and a beard. Witnesses heard a gunshot and saw the suspect firing multiple shots at the vehicle of the two victims, who attempted to drive their vehicle southbound on the Beltway 8 feeder road before crashing into a stand of trees.

The suspect fled in a possibly black or dark blue Mercedes Benz S-500 series.

Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
