An early-afternoon shootout in a Greenspoint apartment complex left an 18-year-old dead Wednesday, Houston police say.
Xavier Davon Glover and a companion had been arguing with a group of men when shots were fired about 12:45 p.m. at the apartment complex in the 16800 block of City View Drive. Glover was pronounced dead at the scene, and the companion, David Wayne Shrepee, 31, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was hospitalized.
