Ziggy’s, the popular Montrose restaurant, has been having problems with the city enforcing parking regulations.
Ziggy’s owners, and the owner of the land that had been used as a parking lot, got in a dispute that ended up in court.
But as the above sign shows, progress has been made. It’s not necessarily “progress” in the sense of no hard feelings anymore. From the restaurant’s Twitter page: “Ziggy’s Montrose now has a $300,000 parking lot. Please fill it up so evil seller doesn’t win.”
But at least there’s parking.
