Kenny Torprasitkul is one of the spokespeople for the Thai Group, owners of the Thai Cottage restaurants around town, as well as the latest expansion of the Blue Fish House II (2735 Town Center Blvd. N., 281-295-0707). "There are not so many sushi restaurants in Sugar Land," says Torprasitkul. "Our target is young working people who are not afraid of raw fish."
Which sushi rolls do customers find particularly good? "The Deep-Fried Madness," says Torprasitkul. "It's fish on top of a sushi roll, both of which have been battered, then deep-fried and covered in a sweet-chili sauce."
