Best Ice Cream: Underground Creamery

You won’t find scoops at this offbeat shop from ice cream wunderkind Josh Deleon, but you will find a cult-like following. That’s because in addition to collabing with restaurants around town, Deleon spins out Wonka-worthy flavors by the pint, which he meticulously crafts in small batches and unveils during weekly “drops” that fans go absolutely bonkers over. Sign up for texts so you can get your hands on fever dreams like the cold-steeped Tenfold Coffee bean ice cream with Valhrona Jivara stracciatella and Oreo “moosh;” or a basil-infused number with strawberry balsamic compote and corn streusel. Pre-order it to grab at the Heights storefront during your designated pickup time.
