Bruce McMillian: Former Tony's Chef Accused Of Molesting Kids Will Be in Prison Until He's 84

Bruce McMillian, the former chef for the ultra-upscale restaurant Tony's, has gotten a 75-year sentence on charges of molesting children.

Under Texas law he will have to serve at least 35 years in prison before becoming eligible for parole.

Ultimate Fort Bend reports that mcMillian was sentenced earlier this week to "35-year sentence for continuous sexual abuse of a young child, and two 20-year sentences for additional sexual assault of a child charges."

The sentences will run concurrently.

As we reported in July, McMillian planned to plead guilty and enter an insanity plea.

Court records allege that McMillian performed oral sex on a boy younger than 14 on multiple occasions between October 2007 and November 2009, and that other sexual contact occurred between December 2008 and June 2010.

McMillian had left Tony's and briefly opened a swanky restaurant in Fort Bend County before he was hit with the charges.
