We've been taking a closer look at some of the chefs who were featured in our cover story and a few who weren't, to let them tell the stories behind their tattoos in their own words.
Our second chef is a young Houston native who has only been helming his own restaurant (with partner Chuck Bulnes) since last November, but who's made a huge splash in that time with his twist on coastal Mexican cuisine at Yelapa Playa Mexicana. L.J. Wiley took up meditation in college and explains the significance of the tattoo on his forearm in the video below.
