Today Nicholas Hall blogged about some incredible Salted Butter Caramel Ice Cream he made from a David Lebovitz recipe, and he exhorted readers to send in suggestions on what to cook next. Scott Lynch followed orders:
I've made this ice cream before, though actually without the pralines and it was still excellent. As far as what's next? I'd say 1) Buy his book The Perfect Scoop, 2) Gianduja Gelato, 3) Olive Oil Ice Cream, 4) Milk Chocolate Stout Ice Cream, 5) Rice Gelato. All of these recipes have been equally as excellent as the salted caramel recipe.
