Comment of the Day: We're in Purgatory

Yesterday Christina Uticone talked about all the different leftovers that are better topped with a fried egg.

Commenter Robin had a few additions to the list:

I'll put an egg over leftover chili, for a southwest version of "eggs in purgatory" which is what I call your "Tomatoes and Eggs." I also love a soft egg over a tostada and fixings. And I make a vaguely "Asian" brown rice salad topped with a soft egg. Good stuff.

Good stuff, indeed. And now, inside, we are singing "Put an Egg On It" to Beyonce's "Single Ladies" (Put a Ring On It), as suggested by Christina...
