Love is on the menu this Valentine’s Day, as Houston restaurants heat things up with fresh seafood, ruby-red steaks and decadent desserts. From rooftop dinners and intimate bistros to omakase experiences and Tex-Mex favorites, local chefs are transforming February 14 into a full-on affair. With Valentine’s Day falling on a Saturday this year, many restaurants are offering are weekend-long specials, too.

a’Bouzy, 2300 Westheimer

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a classic pairing of Bollinger “Special Cuvée” Brut Champagne NV and one-ounce of Imperial Osetra caviar for $149, available while supplies last on February 14 for dine-in or to-go.

Celebrate Valentine’s weekend with specials ($79++ per couple) featuring a molcajete, chile con queso, two margaritas, and cheesecake to share.

Celebrate Valentine’s weekend February 12–15 with a three-course prix fixe ($39.99) featuring creamy lobster bisque or salad, mahi-mahi lemon crab and heart-shaped beignets.

Valentine’s diners can enjoy a signature menu with chef features including tomahawk ribeye, crispy duck leg confit, and 8-ounce filet mignon.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a three-course menu ($109 per person plus tax and gratuity) on Saturday, February 14 from 3 p.m. Starters include lobster bisque, wedge salad, crab cakes, or burrata. Entrées range from Filet Marvino with lump crab to ribeye, short rib bolognese, lobster ravioli, or grilled T-bone. Desserts include tuxedo cake, cheesecake, crème brûlée, or chocolate-covered strawberries.

Molina’s Cantina, multiple locations

Molina’s will offer a Cupid Combo for two ($59) for dine-in or takeout, featuring beef and chicken fajitas with sides and housemade flour tortillas, four Cancun shrimp (stuffed with jalapeños and Chihuahua cheese, wrapped in bacon and grilled), one whole grilled Texas quail and a shareable slice of tres leches cake.

Morton’s The Steakhouse, 1001 McKinney

From February 6 through 15, Valentine’s dinner for two ($179) includes a shared starter, 28-ounce New York strip with twin petite lobster tails, optional sides, dessert to share, cocktails ($17–19), and a Valentine’s flowers experience ($99 on February 14 only).

Oheya, 904 Westheimer

Valentine’s Day only, enjoy a 15-course omakase for $200 per person. Highlights include hot oyster with smoked trout roe, kanpachi crudo with hearts of palm and cara cara oranges, wagyu tartare toast, ora king salmon with dill and roasted beets, lobster nigiri with brown butter, and a chocolate sundae for dessert.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a three-course prix fixe menu ($105 per person) featuring starters like bluefin tuna crudo with quince or truffle brie on sourdough toast, mains including duck cassoulet or mushroom risotto, and desserts such as strawberry cheesecake and pot de crème with milk sorbet. Optional upgrades include côte de bœuf for two, Regiis Ova Siberian caviar, or ikura salmon roe.

Rumi’s Kitchen, 1801 Post Oak

Enjoy a five-course prix fixe menu featuring highlights like artichoke ghormeh sabzi, majnoon date cake, and Chilean sea bass. The dinner is $155 per person, with optional wine pairings available at $80 or $200.

Safina, 6750 Main

On Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15, diners can enjoy Le Petit Chef, a tiny animated chef who “prepares” each dish before the gourmet version is served. Highlights include mushroom ravioli, prime sirloin with béarnaise, pan-seared seabass, matcha cheesecake, and a complimentary glass of champagne. Dinner seatings at 12 p.m., 5 p.m., and 8 p.m.

State of Grace, 3258 Westheimer

State of Grace will offer a four-course prix fixe menu featuring highlights like yellowfin tuna crudo, lobster bisque, crescent valley duck, scallops and more. The dinner is $145 per person, with optional wine pairings available at $65 or $125. 

Tipping Point Restaurant and Terrace, 9787 Katy Freeway

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with specials like romance board ($28), shrimp scampi bruschetta ($18), lovers’ chicken ($28), sea bass en croûte ($36), Heart Breaker dessert ($15), and Cupid’s Kiss ($15). Signature cocktails include Strawberry Rose Gin Fizz, Dark Chocolate Cherry Old Fashioned and Blush Margarita.

Traveler’s Cart, 1401 Montrose

Friday through Sunday dinner features four specials, including Strawberry Matcha Cloud cocktail, crab and shrimp risotto, chocolate stout tenderloin, and Japanese strawberry mille crepe cake. Weekend brunch highlights include Strawberry Japanese Mille Crepe Pancake.

Traveler’s Table, 520 Westheimer 

Friday and Saturday dinner features a three-course prix-fixe menu ($70) with holiday specials including Rambutan-Lychee Martini, snapper ceviche, jumbo lump crab cake, grilled Spanish tenderloin, cast iron–seared ribeye and Dubai chocolate tiramisu.

Available February 13–15, experience a special 10-course omakase for $200 per person. Dishes include beef tartare toast with mustard and sunchokes, madai crudo with leche de tigre and crispy leeks, lobster pancake with Kaluga caviar, torched hamachi nigiri, wagyu strip steak with pumpkin furikake, and a sweet finish with chocolate ice cream and seasonal fruit. 

Uchiko, 1801 Post Oak

Celebrate with a 10-course omakase for two at $350, featuring scallop tartare with yuzu vinaigrette, tile fish with tom yum and lemongrass gel, dry-aged duck breast with Japanese sweet potato, and a strawberry vanilla baba au rosé dessert. Available February 13–15 for in-restaurant dining only.

February 13 through 15, Valentine’s menu includes appetizers of seafood arancini, tuna poke, and tenderloin bites, entrees of barramundi Romeo, grilled Romeo y Juliet au gratin, and snapper La Griglia, and desserts of white and dark chocolate mousse martini and chocolate-covered strawberries.

Winsome Prime, 5888 Westheimer

Celebrate Saturday, February 14 through Sunday, February 15 with a $95 three-course Valentine’s Day prix-fixe dinner featuring live percussion, a complimentary rose for the ladies, and indulgent dishes like crab beignets, Parmesan-crusted filet, pan-seared halibut, double-cut lamb chops, and chocolate-covered strawberries. Weekend brunch features Valentine’s-inspired favorites including red velvet waffles, stuffed French toast, and chocolate-covered strawberries, plus champagne promotions throughout.
