The Great Gulf Dinner is our way of encouraging people to consume Gulf seafood once again while also helping out some of those people who were most affected by the BP oil spill: shrimp boat captains and their crews. Boat People SOS Houston is an organization dedicated to helping Vietnamese shrimpers back on their feet, and proceeds from the Great Gulf Dinner as well as the raffle held throughout the afternoon will go to benefit the organization. Tickets are $15 for a plate of seafood, sides and a drink ticket (as well as live music from Paige Lewis), but you can win two for free right here.
The first person to correctly guess all five species of common fish pictured below (or whomever gets the most correct) by 5 p.m. tomorrow will win those tickets, so get your game faces on and go fish!
