Afternoon Delight: There's something seductive about the Grilled Portobello Mushroom Sandwich ($6.95) at Baba Yega [2607 Grant Street, (713)522-0042]. Perhaps it's biting through the crusty whole wheat bun. Or maybe it's the sensual pleasure of the creamy basil-mayo sauce against your tongue. Then again, it could be the feeling you get as you advance through the layer of mixed greens. Of course, it might also be the sensation of nibbling into the soft, thick, fleshy mushroom itself, with its dense earthiness. In any case, when it all comes together in your mouth, it's an explosion of textures and flavors that makes for a great nooner.
