The OC pizza is a ciabatta cut in half and topped with a mound of cheese, green olives, red onions, salami and mushrooms and baked to absolute perfection. I usually only can eat the first half and save the other half for later. It is one of those dishes that works as a late-night snack that you don't have to kill again in the microwave. Like so many things in the food kingdom, it is perfect at room temperature.
