Kata Robata's acclaimed Chef Manabu Horiuchi (Chef Hori) is celebrating the day with his own dessert creation. For both lunch and dinner, he will be offering his White Day Parfait -- a decadent dessert layered with white chocolate mousse, toasted marshmallow ice cream and cookie crumbles -- for $8.
