On Sunday, November 17, Chris Shepherd continues his live conversation series Table to Stage with renowned chef and television personality, Tom Colicchio. The audience can dive into the world of culinary arts as Colicchio shares insights from his career, experiences in the kitchen and more. The event will take place at House of Blues Houston, 1204 Caroline, from 6 to 8 p.m, and tickets are $50 to $80.
On Tuesday, November 19, Brennanโs of Houston, 3300 Smith, will be joined by Gundlach Bundschu Winery for a multi-course dinner featuring wines from the Rhinefarm Estate Vineyards.The evening run from. 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and tickets are $115 per person.
Tavola, 1800 Post Oak, will host a Bellaria Wine Dinner on Tuesday, November 19 from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Guests can experience the essence of Campania, Italy with a four-course dinner elevated by Bellaria wine pairings, with classic Italian dishes such as buffalo mozzarella and tomato, paccheri pasta with crispy zucchini and creamy caciocavallo cheese, braised short ribs with soft polenta, and babaโ al limoncello, a soft pastry saturated in limoncello, giving the dessert a bright, citrusy flavor. Cost is $165 per person.
Guard and Grace, 500 Dallas, is celebrating its five-year anniversary on Wednesday, November 20 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., benefitting the Southern Smoke Foundation. Owner/chef Troy Guard and executive chef Adam Vero have curated an incredible lineup of celebrity chefs, including Quy Hoang and his partners Robin and Terry Wong of Blood Brothers BBQ, chef Aaron Bludorn of Bludorn, Navy Blue and Bar Bludorn, chef Drake Leonards of Eunice and chef Bobby Matos of State of Grace. Tickets are $75 plus tax and gratuity.
On Thursday, November 21, guests are invited to celebrate Friendsgiving at Pier 6, 113 6th, with a bounteous bayside spread, with herb roasted turkey with cognac gravy, sweet potato souffle, green bean casserole, oyster dresing and pumpkin pecan pie. The fun evening begins at 5 p.m. and tickets are $37.99 per person.
