From Go Texan Day on February 28 to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (March 4โ€“23), the entire city is going full Western this Rodeo Seasonโ€”and so are the menus around town. Dust off your boots and get ready as restaurants and bars across Houston serve up bold bbq, rodeo-themed bites, and cowboy-approved cocktails to keep the party going. From eateries offering discounts for Rodeo ticketholders to kick-off parties on the patio, hereโ€™s where to get into the rodeo spirit this season.

Auden, 3737 Cogdell
In honor of the rodeo, Auden is dishing out a Fried Oreo Funnel Cake, crispy fried Oreo dough topped with Oreo cookie bites, cream cheese chantilly, fresh strawberries and blueberries, and a chocolate drizzle. The sinful sweet treat is available exclusively during brunch (11 a.m. to 5 p.m.) on Sundays from February 28 through March 17.

Blossom Hotel,ย 7118 Bertner
Blossom Hotel is hosting a Rodeo Roundup Happy Hour at its Plum Sky Bar on March 7 from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. The night will feature a DJ, themed drinks and happy hour bites plus a complimentary welcome shot. Tickets are $25. The hotel also offers guests a complimentary Mercedez-Benz shuttle service to and from the rodeo and offers rodeo themed cocktails including the Honey Bee made with whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and honey, the Strawberry Ranch Water with muddled strawberry, tequila, lime juice and topo chico, and the Rodeo โ€˜Rita with tequila, lime juice and triple sec.

Brasserie 19, 1962 West Gray
B19 invites folks to dust off their boots and round up their crews for Rodeo Hour, featuring an awesome lineup of Texas-style food and drink and running all day, every day from March 4-23, Go for Smoked Turkey Leg Croquettes and Venison Sloppy Joe Sliders, perfectly paired with handcrafted cocktails like Gold Rush, Rodeo Mule, Aqua de Vaquero, and more. Brasserie 19 has also partnered with Alto to offer 15 percent off rides to and from B19โ€”use code BRASSERIE19. Bread Zeppelin is celebrating Rodeo Season with a bold new creation, โ€œThe Rodeoโ€ Pulled Pork Zeppelin, available from Tuesday, March 4 through Monday, March 31.ย The special features shredded pork, fresh jalapeรฑos, corn salad, pickled red onions, tomatoes and house kale slaw, tossedย  and stuffed into a warm, freshly baked baguette. Add tangy BBQ Ranch dressing (recommended) or choose from any of Bread Zeppelinโ€™s 13 house-made dressings.

Dandelion Cafe, 611 West 22nd, 5405 Bellaire
Saddle up for brunch with the cast-iron Breakfast Brisket Hash, a bold collaboration between chef JC Ricks and Blood Bros BBQ that brings together smoked brisket with farm-fresh eggs, sauteed bell peppers and onions, and country potatoes. The limited-time dish is available February 26-March 23 at the Bellaire and Heights locations.

Doris Metropolitan,ย 2815 South Shepherd
Doris Metropolitan is hosting a rodeo party on March 6t from 9 p.m. to midnight, featuring drink specials and live music from Darian Hernandez. Western Attire is encouraged.

Emma Jane, 1226 West Clay
It’s Rodeo season at newly open Emma Jane, with Country Time Tea every Thursday from February 27โ€“March 3. The special tea features Fried Chicken & Caviar along with other new items. Western-themed attire is encouraged/ Tea service is available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $75 per person.

Eunice, 3737 Buffalo Speedway
Eunice is getting into the rodeo spirit on Go Texan Day, serving a hearty Cowboy Ribeye topped with crawfish butter, wild mushrooms and potatoes on Friday, February 28.

Goode Company
This year, Goode Co. kicks off rodeo season with late-night live music at Goode Co. Armadillo Palace starting on Thursday, February 27. Foodies can dig into the 1977 Sandwich, piled high with sliced brisket, ham, mac n cheese and more, available at all Goode Co. BBQ locations; and the Hometown Hero Sandwich, available inside the rodeo at the Goode Co. BBQ booth. The hero features f brisket, Czech sausage, bbq sauce and queso with a side of chile con queso, chocolate chip cookies and pralines.

Heights & Co., 1343 Yale
Heights & Co. will be celebrating rodeo season with a & Co. Rodeo Lineup, featuring themed cocktails in festive glassware and when you order the brisket grilled cheese, you will receive a complimentary Classic Old Fashioned or H&C Reposado Old Fashioned. Guests can also show their rodeo badge and receive 20 percent off their bill.

Hungryโ€™s,ย 2356 Rice
Hungryโ€™s Rice Village location is hosting a Boots and Brunch rodeo kick-off party on March 1 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Ticketsย are $30 and include a complimentary mimosa, DJ, access to a rodeo-themed brunch buffet and more, with $5 for every ticket sold going to support the mission of Sky High for Kids.ย Throughout rodeo season, all of the Hungry’s locations will feature a Boots & Brunch menu, where dishes like Cowboy Margarita ($12), BBQ Bloody Mary ($11), Short Rib Benedict ($18), Rodeo Burger with fries ($17) and a Cinnamon Churro Waffle ($14).

Berg Hospitality is bringing back its popular Rodeo destination, The Ranch Saloon + Steakhouse, rocking 16,000 square feet of dining and entertainment at NRG. River Oaks District is throwing a Rodeo Roundup at The Park (next to Bari Ristorante) on Saturday, March 1 from 5 to 7 p.m. Free and open to the public, the elevated rodeo affair rocks complimentary boot shining, hat cleanings, cotton candy, bespoke rodeo-inspired cocktails and mocktails, photo opportunities, and live music by small-town Texas country musician Tyler Tillman.

Santรฉ,ย 2309 Richmond
Santรฉ is hosting a pre and post-rodeo experience, The Hacienda at Santรฉ, offered Thursday, February 27 to Sunday, March 23 every night from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. The pop-up will feature bold cocktails, Texas Bred Charcuterie, live music and an open-air patio ambiance. Santรฉ will also be having a Rodeo Reverse Happy Hour, available Sunday to Wednesday from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

The Savoy,ย 4402 Emancipation
Throughout March, guests will be welcomed by staff decked out in cowboy gear and rodeo wear, in addition toย a limited-time, indulgent Rodeo menu including funnel cakes, deep-fried Oreos, boudin balls, corn dogs, alligator corndogs and more.

State Fare Kitchen & Bar, 947 Gessner, 15930 City Walk, 1900 Hughes Landing
Throughout the entire month of March, kids 12 and under eat free at all three Houston-area State Fare Kitchen & Bar locations in celebration of Rodeo season.

Tiffโ€™s Treats, multiple locations
The limited-time Cowboy Cookie is riding into town, available throughout March and featuring a soft and buttery oatmeal cookie, melty chocolate chips, pecans, coconut and a hint of cinnamon. Cookies can be ordered for day-of and future deliveries by the half-dozen ($12) or dozen ($24).

Truth BBQ, NRG Stadium
For the first time ever, the nationally acclaimed bbq hotspot will be operating inside NRG Stadium at sections 109 and 129. Ranked in the Top 10 of Texas Monthlyโ€™s lauded โ€œTop 50 BBQ Listโ€ in 2017 and soaring to the Top 3 in 2021, Truth is ready to serve up 10,000 pounds of its signature brisket over the course of the Rodeoโ€™s three-week run.

Zanti Cucina Italiana, 1958 West Gray
Theย River Oaks location is offering its Braised Beef Slider as a special from March 4-23, offered all day during brunch, lunch, dinner and happy hour. The slider features homemade brioche, chipotle aioli, fontina cheese and crispy potato strings.
