Continuing Caracol’s tasting menu series, chef Hugo Ortega and team explore the flavors of Tamaulipas with a four-course menu offered at dinner Monday–Saturday through April 4. Truth BBQ x Craft Pita Easter Collab at Craft Pita
Craft Pita’s Raffi Nasr teams up with Truth BBQ pitmaster Leonard Botello for the sixth annual Easter Smoked Lamb, with smoked lamb shawarma sandwiches and rice bowls available Friday, April 3 and Saturday, April 4 at 1920 Fountainview, and 5172 Buffalo Speedway. The shawarma is loaded with smoked lamb, lettuce, tomato, red cabbage, spicy aioli and pickles, while bowls feature smoked lamb, rice pilaf, tabbouleh, pickled turnips, red cabbage, cucumber yogurt and pita. Take-and-bake Easter meals, including one-and-a-half pounds of lamb with sides and maamoul cookies, are available for pre-order online for pickup April 4.

Space News and Brews at Karbach Brewing Co.
Karbach Brewery, 2032 Karbach, is teaming up with Space Center Houston for a Space News and Brews event from 2 to 5 p.m. Guests can join a live ask-me-anything with two-mission NASA astronaut Tony Antonelli and space expert Chris Matty, who brings 20 years of experience at NASA Johnson Space Center. The event is free to attend, with $30 tickets including one drink ticket, a light bite, lithographs, and photos and autographs with both speakers.
